I used to get comments like that too, but I installed something that adds a verification sort of like this. It requires no user interaction though! Basically, it obfuscates the verification tag in javascript. The idea is that spammer tools aren't sophisticated enough to parse the javascript. So far, it's kept all but 2 spam comments from showing up on my site in the past 4 months or so.
