How many shopping days left? I went to the mall this weekend and it is definitely Christmas time, even though we haven't had Thanksgiving yet. And I have to buy some presents. I can't believe how many cool toys are back from the 80's. I used to love the Care Bears, My Little Pony, Raggedy Anne and Andy, Strawberry Shortcake... I saw all those things at the mall!
Nostalgia...
A wistful or excessively sentimental yearning for return to or of some past period or irrecoverable condition. Something that evokes nostalgia.
Oh, and isn't this a beautiful painting.
I love midi files. Of course there are two kinds of midi files, either they are really good or really bad. Here are two that I really like.

Spire is momentarily unavailable quite often, it seems. But I have registered for three classes and I waiting to get into the fourth class via an override form at the Comp Sci bld. I cannot wait for this semester to end. Starting a new semester is always nice. So far, I'm planing on taking two CompSci courses, one French and a Phys Ed. Which should be better than this semester (two CompSci, one Math and French). Of course this schedule completely depends on my getting a C or better in all my classes. The finals will be very important. Wish me luck.
Today is my birthday... I am now 26 years old! I had a pretty boring day, I'll spare you the details. I did have some pistachio pudding cake, thanks to my best friend Marie.
Here's a haiku.

It seems as though I've wasted my long weekend. Didn't feel like doing much homework. I did get to go out this Friday, which is very unusual for me. I think I had fun, from what I remember.
:)
I spend sooo much time studying, and it's not enough....

I am still working on my Huffman's Code assignment. This would be much easier if we did this after we read chapter 7.21 Introduction to Trees...
I think that I shall never see
A poem as lovely as a tree
. . .
Poems are made by fools like me
But only God can make a tree
